Google reviewers rate RTS Environmental Services 4.9 out of 5 based on 55 reviews, frequently praising the company for its prompt response times, thorough inspections, and clear communication regarding asbestos, mold, and water damage issues. Customers often note that the team provides detailed reports and helpful guidance without high-pressure sales tactics, while the owner replies to a minority of feedback. One low-star review criticized a representative for refusing to discuss pricing or scope of work before ending the call, though this appears to be an isolated incident compared to the generally positive experiences.

We requested Paul to come and look at asbestos in our home and quickly realized it was a non-issue. However, it became a mold inspection as he saw many mold spots in our closet. He was very knowledgeable and walk us around the property giving tips and todo to mitigate and prevent water issue. He was very thorough and friendly.
I highly recommend RTS Environmental to inspect your property for asbestos, mold, etc.! I had them come to inspect old linoleum/vinyl as well as a textured ceiling for asbestos. They are extremely knowledgeable and will give you a professional expert evaluation. They will also get samples tested at a lab if you desire. Absolutely five stars!
