We are so grateful for the incredible care our son (ages 2-4) received at Rush Pediatric Therapy in Barrington. From the very beginning, the therapists and staff made him feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged. They not only helped him develop important physical skills, but also helped him build confidence in himself and what he was capable of accomplishing.
He truly loved going to therapy, which says so much about the wonderful environment they created. Watching him grow, gain new skills, and become more confident has been such a rewarding experience for our family.
Graduating from physical therapy was definitely a happy and bittersweet moment. We are so proud of how far he has come, but we will certainly miss the people who became such an important part of his journey.
Thank you to the entire Rush Pediatric Therapy team for believing in him, celebrating his progress, and helping him become stronger and more confident. We are incredibly thankful for everything you have done for him and Miss Teagan we will forever miss seeing you every week!

The Rush Kids clinic is a warm and welcoming space where it seems like each child is treated individually and met where they are. My two year old just graduated from speech therapy with Emily, who is incredible! Our little one started sessions with a pretty significant delay and only a few words and is now putting whole sentences together (and talking my ear off). Emily is so kind, fun, and knowledgeable and met our daughter where she was from both a speech perspective and developmental/social perspective. Every week, she would be excited to attend therapy and play, even quickly getting to the point where she would happily leave us in the waiting room to attend her session solo (a big deal for our Velcro baby). Emily did such an awesome job working with our daughter but also working with us and providing resources and skills to work on at home. We’re so impressed with how far our child has come and attribute so much of that to the work she has done at Rush Kids.

Our experience with RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy was outstanding. We brought our daughter Sandra here for treatment of torticollis, and the entire team made such a positive impact on our family.
From the moment we walked in, Maria at the front desk set the tone. She greeted Sandra with a huge smile every time and was always genuinely excited to see us. Her kindness and positivity never felt forced—it was truly genuine.
Our therapist, Tegan, was absolutely spectacular. She came into every session with incredible energy and treated Sandra as if she were her own child. As parents, that level of care immediately gave us confidence that we were in the right place. Tegan guided Sandra step by step through her progress and also helped us understand what we could do at home to support her development.
What meant the most to us was how much confidence Tegan gave us as parents, while also helping Sandra build confidence as she improved.
Places like this truly change lives. When you’re a parent trying to figure out where to turn, having a team like this gives you hope and direction.

I took my 4 month old son to Rush Kids PT (Lake Barrington) to treat his torticollis. The entire experience was phenomenal! I worked with Maria to get my son registered and make sure things were squared away with insurance. She was prompt in her communication, so kind, and willing to help/answer any questions along the way. Our sessions were with Teagan, who was so great with my son. He had a lot of fun with her and while treating the torticollis was the priority, she also worked with him to reach developmental milestones, which I really appreciated. We looked forward to PT and were greeted with smiles each week. All the staff was truly wonderful, and we will definitely be back if we have PT needs in the future.
