Stop looking for another plumber. As a disabled home owner dependent on skilled contractors i can declare with confidence: RWD is fair with their pricing, reliable with the quality of their work, accommodating whenever possible to prioritize emergency needs, and their employees are respectful of your home and property.... Thanks RWD!
We had a great experience using RWD services They were on time, polite, took the time to explain everything to us and honest in all their dealings with us. I would recommend highly.
I would strongly recommend this group. They completed the re-piping of my whole house, very major repair. I had consulted with two groups prior to beginning this project, their team that did the initial testwork was very thorough and was $200 less for the initial testing. I am a professional that has a day job and…
Friendly, professional, communicative, and fair. Would recommend!
RWD is an extremely reputable, dependable and knowledgeable company. Antonio's and Ryan's experience and performances provided us with a tremendous comfort level of knowing that our sewer breaks and calcified grease pipe issues are gone forever. Carol goes above and beyond with her communication's throughout with…
I’ve used RWD Services several different times for plumbing issues for my properties, and they continue to impress me with their expertise and professionalism. We're very happy that we found this company, the crew that came out to repair our slab leak were very professional and knowledgeable. I wish I knew about them for our first slab leak.
I have to say that this is probably the most honest plumbing company in irving. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. If you give them a chance I promise you you will not be disappointed. Again let me please emphasize the honesty of this company. UPDATE - I highly recommend calling…
I recently had RWD Services replace the water lines to my kitchen island due to a leaky hot water line underneath the slab. The technicians located the leaking line, replaced the lines with PEX, rerouted lines through the attic, dug a trench from the nearest wall to the kitchen island, ran PEXs lines and made the…
I had reached out to several plumbing companies in the area but as soon as Carol (office manager) and Brady answered the phones and listened to my concerns I knew I was in good hands. They assured me the owner of RWD always wants to take care of his customers and they kept their word as they treated me like family…
Very, very good! They are kind, do great work, work efficiently and neatly and truly try to help the customer out! We'll be back!
RWD Services did an excellent job replacing my old, rusted shut off valve and main water line when I had a leak. Great crew, especially Mike and Les. They sure know what they are doing. I never thought I’d be raving about a plumbing company but here we are! My husband and I have had the best experience with RWD. They had the best prices in the area and their customer service went above and beyond. The communication is top tier- Kaya and Carol were always available via text, email, or phone call to…
The crews working on our water line and the ladies in the office were all very friendly. The work was done efficiently and neatly (very pleased that our front yard wasn’t destroyed). The pricing seemed fair, too. Overall very pleased and would recommend!
I was surprised when I came home at how clean my house was. I was expecting a huge mess. They were incredibly tidy and polite not to mention professional and even went above and beyond to answer my questions. We’ve been using this company for years for minor issues but this was a major leak and they responded…
Great experience with RWD! Super professional and Worked cleanly. Explained clearly what was going to be done. We shopped around and by far RWD offered best pricing. Would not hesitate to call them again!
Having a slab leak is a terrible experience but using RWD Services to fix it and prevent future leaks was a great decision. Carol was so nice and understanding. Austin worked his tail off and took time to explain things to us. I really appreciated that they tried to leave as little mess given the work they had to do. So glad I called RWD!
I have been using RWD Services for many years and the team has been amazing for all things plumbing. They are professional, communicative with me and tenants and extremely reliable - thank you!

We used RWD to locate and fix a slab leak this summer. They were incredible! They were able to re route the plumbing through the attic, and saved us thousands of dollars. They were professional, prompt, courteous and reasonable. We had 2-3 other bids which were much higher. We highly recommend this company!
This company was awesome, and I will definitely use them again. Had a hot water pipe slab leak. Austin and Eli came out and found exactly where it was. They rerouted the line through the walls and attic, and it works great now. They consulted with me on every step they took before starting it. When they were…
When a freeze in Texas occurs, it is nearly impossible to get a plumber right away. After a recommendation, I called this company and they came out the same day to evaluate the work and completed the work the following day. Austin, and Eli were the plumbers that came out to inspect and locate the slab leak. They…
I had the opportunity to have RWD come out and repair a major leak issue under my foundation. After a few different estimates and approaches, from ARS and A1, RWD was selected. They were professional, on-time and more than cost competitive. It was a major undertaking as they had to tunnel 5' down and 20' over under…
