I too would give a 10 star rating to RWD Services. From the ladies in the office to the men working on my under foundation leak, all were so professional, personal polite, and caring. If you need any type of plumbing work done, you need to call RWD. Their work is exceptional along with very fair pricing. They won’t…
I would strongly recommend this group. They completed the re-piping of my whole house, very major repair. I had consulted with two groups prior to beginning this project, their team that did the initial testwork was very thorough and was $200 less for the initial testing. I am a professional that has a day job and…
Friendly, professional, communicative, and fair. Would recommend!
RWD is an extremely reputable, dependable and knowledgeable company. Antonio's and Ryan's experience and performances provided us with a tremendous comfort level of knowing that our sewer breaks and calcified grease pipe issues are gone forever. Carol goes above and beyond with her communication's throughout with…
Major plumbing issue on older home. Randy, Carol, Bradi and Taya in the office are excellent communicators prompt with responses and clear in the process along with updates. There plumbers are professional and do very good work. This was a major job so I obtained 2 other quotes and all were very close. My…
I’ve used RWD Services several different times for plumbing issues for my properties, and they continue to impress me with their expertise and professionalism. I’ve worked with many plumbers over the years, and they truly stand out as the best. They diagnose problems accurately, fix them right the first time, and…
We're very happy that we found this company, the crew that came out to repair our slab leak were very professional and knowledgeable. I wish I knew about them for our first slab leak.
I recently had RWD Services replace the water lines to my kitchen island due to a leaky hot water line underneath the slab. The technicians located the leaking line, replaced the lines with PEX, rerouted lines through the attic, dug a trench from the nearest wall to the kitchen island, ran PEXs lines and made the…
As a person with foundation repair, old plumbing, etc. I will recommend RWD 100 times out of 100. They are the absolute best. They really do treat your home as if it were their own. Will always use RWD as long as I live in North Texas. A+ service every single time.
They came out gave me a diagnosis, friendly, I will use again in the future.
RDW Plumbing is great. I have used them for multiple sewer leaks and recently had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom. I called them first thing in the morning and they arranged somebody to be out that afternoon. They stand behind their work and go the extra mile. Everyone that I have interacted with including…
We had a slab leak, and Mr. JR came right away even though we were a new customer. We had a quote within an hour, and paid less than we ever would have imagined. We cannot thank them enough! Super nice people.
The crews working on our water line and the ladies in the office were all very friendly. The work was done efficiently and neatly (very pleased that our front yard wasn’t destroyed). The pricing seemed fair, too. Overall very pleased and would recommend!
I was surprised when I came home at how clean my house was. I was expecting a huge mess. They were incredibly tidy and polite not to mention professional and even went above and beyond to answer my questions. We’ve been using this company for years for minor issues but this was a major leak and they responded…
We were referred to RWD by another plumber (who handles smaller jobs) when we had a suspected slab leak. They were fast and responsive, making it to our house in less than 24 hours. They were able to schedule the repair in a timely manner. The three plumbers were professional, efficient, and informative. It it…
Quality service; competitive pricing; good crew; excellent clean up and completed timely.
Contacted RWD regarding a slab leak, but ultimately we decided to repipe the house. Austin came out to review the project and was more thorough than any of the other companies we had out. They were able to begin work quickly and were more reasonably priced than the other companies I got quotes from. (Like 8 total…
Having a slab leak is a terrible experience but using RWD Services to fix it and prevent future leaks was a great decision. Carol was so nice and understanding. Austin worked his tail off and took time to explain things to us. I really appreciated that they tried to leave as little mess given the work they had to do. So glad I called RWD!
I have been using RWD Services for many years and the team has been amazing for all things plumbing. They are professional, communicative with me and tenants and extremely reliable - thank you!
I highly recommend this company. We had our house completely rerouted because the underground copper lines leaked. They had all water lines rerouted and back on before they left (very long day) and finished the pipe insulation the next morning. These guys are honest and charged a fair price. Took great care to do…
We used RWD to locate and fix a slab leak this summer. They were incredible! They were able to re route the plumbing through the attic, and saved us thousands of dollars. They were professional, prompt, courteous and reasonable. We had 2-3 other bids which were much higher. We highly recommend this company!
