Ryan Lawn & Tree were professional, answered all my questions, and did a great job. My back yard looks great. (I wish I used them for my front yard landscaping I did last year. Instead, I used a greenhouse/landscaping company from Rogersville that did a horrible job.)
They were extra helpful in getting someone out to see me. He was very helpful and kind. He corrected all the problems and my lawn is much happier. Couldn't recommend any higher. Excellent service. Darin is excellent and keeps my irrigation in top notch shape.
Last year they sold me back flow valves. This year they tried to sell me valves again when I told the guy that they were replaced last year he was able to fix them. They are scammers.

No real complaint about Ryan overall EXCEPT for the cost factor. I've used them for 3 years and even took advantage of the 5% discount this past year by prepaying annually but I don't think I can afford to use Ryan next year.
