I went to here to get an alignment done, and the guy told me a bunch of stuff that was supposed to be wrong with my car. Called a head for a last min oil change and Jeff was able to squeeze me in 20 min later. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I had a rattle in the engine that he assessed as a loose panel, removed it gratis! Will be back for sure!

The only place I trust to touch my vehicle. Genuine professional mechanics who are also nice people.
I went to here to get an alignment done, and the guy told me a bunch of stuff that was supposed to be wrong with my car. I took it to my regular mechanic, and my mechanic was like I think he was trying to make money off of you, because there's none of this stuff wrong with your car that he's saying, and I only let one mechanic touch my car which is Vinnie from Uptown Auto because he's honest.

Lisa. Can you please contact me as this is a harsh accusation to make and give more detail rather then another mechanic talking bad because you brought your car to a different shop? I also looked up the business that you spoke of. Is he not also your ex husband that you are promoting on this negative review? We would never just try to make money off of someone if the work is not needed. We didn't even charge you to put the vehicle on the lift and look at your vehicle and you gave a tip to the mechanic for not charging you for his time to help you out. This also was over two weeks ago and checked our cameras and yes you were here but no estimate was made by your choice and you mentioned your ex husband Vinnie was going to do the work. Have a great day hope to talk to you soon to resolve this.

East end auto repair put new tires on my car. They told me I need an alignment (which they don’t do there) and suggested I go to S&M. I made an appointment and went there and met the owner Jeff who happens to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. Well there was a problem with my car; Jeff explained everything to me and told me the bad part that it would take two to three weeks to get the part. I asked him if he needed the car out of there and he told me it can stay they’ll keep an eye on it. Jeff would call periodically to let me know the update on the part. Well when it got there the same day he put it in and I had my car that day. I was so impressed I took the wife’s car there for an alignment. Well I was even more impressed with the fact that he told me her car was spot on and needed nothing. Wow where do you find honesty like that nowadays he could have made something up but being as honest as he is he didn’t so guess what, I brought my truck there and it just needed a simple alignment. I suggest to anyone who needs an alignment don’t mess around with Mavis or any other place, these guys are the real deal. I am a customer for life.
