This facility is wonderful. It caters to adults a little older and has exercises for their specific needs. All staff Wade, Chris, Wes are fantastic. If you sick of trying to do it by yourself or in gyms with people in their perfect outfits come and see for yourself at Safe Haven Fitness and get real results.2 locations Roswell and soon Alpharetta.
