Customers frequently praise the installation team for punctuality, professionalism, and detailed explanations of security system features. Reviewers highlight clear communication and thorough demonstrations of equipment usage as key positive aspects of the service. However, negative feedback indicates a pattern of unresponsiveness from sales representatives regarding contract cancellations and billing disputes, with some customers alleging deceptive practices during the sales process.
