Unfortunately, one of the most upsetting hair services I've gotten. Went in asking for a bang trim and a blowout. Asked for short curtain bangs, the same description and references I used for my previous cut at a different salon, ended up with uneven and too short straight bangs. There is nothing I can do but wait…
