Monica is the best! She does an amazing job with my highlights. If you want to go blonde she’s definitely your girl! 100$ for choppy layers. Not worth it I cried after I left because I don’t know why I paid so much. I asked her to blend the layers but she made it so choppy It looked like a toddlers cut my hair while I was sleeping.
