Power in master bedroom was off. Booked a service call for $99. The technician upon arrival did nothing except to test couple of outlets using receptacle tester. And then asking for $864 to run the diagnostic test to find the root cause. I happily said no that. They would have probably charged another 1000 to fix…

Two issues worth flagging for anyone considering Salt for after-hours electrical work. First, preparation. We called when we lost power and told them on the phone exactly what part we needed — a main breaker, including the manufacturer and part number. The technician still arrived without it and had to drive back…

I love Salt Services. They take care of everything HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing. Their prices can be high but you will be getting the correct replacement done by an INSURED company/technician with a REAL guarantee. & if you’re poor like me, they do not pressure you to fix things that can wait. Giving one time to save up for the repair.

SALT has been extremely reliable and consistent. i’ve used them on multiple properties for gas, hvac and electric. i won’t mess with the competitors anymore, it’s not worth it. SALT only.

Had an emergency issue Halloween night and Marcos was able to get out quickly and solve the problem. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. I would definitely recommend SALT and will use them again.

Excellent experience with Austin from SALT. Quickly diagnosed a bizarre electrical situation (flickering lights, dead breakers, GFCI randomly flipping). Estimate was much better than feared and had everything addressed quickly. He was fully transparent, honest, and had a no pressure attitude. Honestly, don't bother looking elsewhere. SALT is the go-to.
