Caleb was very professional and knowledge on heating products. Friendly and efficient. Previously recommended SALT services to two of my neighbors.

The HVAC technician was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. He took his time and covered all the bases. there was no charge for this service visit today because I am a member.

Daniel is fantastic, did a very thorough job, answered all questions I had. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He represents himself and SALT professionally. Great hire for them and great technician for you if he's heading your way!

Seth did an excellent job. He called when he was on the way and was very courteous and professional in his work. He answered the questions I had in a knowledgeable way. After, we discussed his report and any issues. He is welcome to come to work on our HVAC at any time. A credit to your company.

I love Salt Services. They take care of everything HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing. Their prices can be high but you will be getting the correct replacement done by an INSURED company/technician with a REAL guarantee. & if you’re poor like me, they do not pressure you to fix things that can wait. Giving one time to save up for the repair.

Every SALT technician has been outstanding, as was Louie today. They fixed issues left by prior HVAC service companies, and suggested whole-home dehumidifier to help make our home more comfortable. Their electrical folks have been great as well.

Pierre Lewis came and spent hours checking our system. He waited on certain conditions and replaced a part. Our cooling system is so much more quiet, and it is more efficient. This was our first time using Salt, and we will only use them in the future. Five stars doubled!
