Riley, thank you for the fantastic job inspecting our A/C-Heater unit. I was amazed at how through the inspection was. You provided photos of the unit, as well as pointing out the some issues. Thank you for taking the time explain what we were looking at on the blower and taking the time clean it as best you could.

My AC unit went out and a crew was able to come out and get it replaced in one day. Very professional operation and quality work.

Daniel is fantastic, did a very thorough job, answered all questions I had. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He represents himself and SALT professionally. Great hire for them and great technician for you if he's heading your way!

Luis with SALT was very personable and knowledgeable! He immediately found what was wrong, documented it very well, showed it to us, and made the proper repairs! Would highly recommend!

The technician, Caleb, was amazing! The policies at Salt Services are questionable. I tried to pay for a year’s membership upfront and they wouldn’t let me pay. SALT was amazing and able to come out and fix my AC on the same day that I called. They literally saved my life in the middle of the Texas summer heat. Noe Jacobo was super professional and an amazing job at explaining what was happening step by step.

Hottest day of the year. Air conditioner goes out. I contacted SALT at 7:45 and they said they’d have someone here between 2 and six. Caleb came about 5:30 and by 6:30 we had air con again. Caleb was great. Got it done.

Cody arrived as Salt projected and did a thorough job of inspecting the plumbing & drew up recommendations on several fronts.

Brian was excellent. He explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and patient with my novice HVAC questions. He gave advice without trying to sell anything we didn’t need. I would highly recommend.

As always, very professional, never the cheapest but quality work is worth a little bit more cash. Solely use SALT for my home needs

Aidan Good did an outstanding job in changing my AC coil. His knowledge and ability to explain the issues exceeded expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure installation was done properly. We request that in future service calls Aidan is the technician. He’s a huge asset to SALT.
