Technician came out the same day to diagnose a microwave repair, which was great. The tech was on time, knowledgable and had the necessary replacement part. There was a small snafu with the repair cost. The owner acknowledged the mistake and corrected it. The repair has held up.

They were honest enough to recommend that I save my money and try to get Samsung to fix the unit. Died a couple months after 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, Samsung doesn't believe in customer service. Do not buy Samsung... And do not buy from Pacific Sales that told me to go away because, they were not responsible…
