Called to have our 6 yo Viking stove looked at as oven was inconsistently lighting. Arrived timely to appt, provided quote and we agreed with their approach. Approx 1 week later parts were installed and oven working like new. Highly recommend.

Overall excellent experience. I was able to schedule a next day service for my Samsung oven that refused to stay hot. The technician resolved the issue in probably 15 minutes. The cost was reasonable and what I expected (plus the service fee).
