Great service once again from Sam Appliance! Fixed the door to our dishwasher and balanced it. Cleaned out the filter to the refrigerator and balanced it too which is why we were having issues! Great job :)

Sam Appliance Repair did a great job for us on a KitchenAid fridge in Thousand Oaks. Alex came out within a couple hours of our call, diagnosed the problem, and came back as promised to install the new parts. Very happy, and will use again.

Great service. Was polite, prompt, and clearly explained all options to me. He recommended I contact Samsung due to this being a common occurrence (no recall issued, but some lawsuits). I never would have known to contact them, and they did a $700 repair for free. Thank you for the great service!

My stacked clothing dryer stopped working suddenly on Monday. I called expecting an answering machine but it was Sam.
