Always fast and fair procede get the job done. Thank you!

It took four visits but Alexei got my Viking Refrigerator Ice maker and water dispenser working. Very determined and great service.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Sam replaced the ice maker in our built-in KitchenAid refrigerator; something that two other companies had been unable to accomplish. Apparently , there are not a lot of qualified technicians who work on built-ins. Sam’s company is professional, responds quickly and dealing with… Read full review

Very communicative and friendly. Reasonably priced

Great service once again from Sam Appliance! Fixed the door to our dishwasher and balanced it. Cleaned out the filter to the refrigerator and balanced it too which is why we were having issues! Great job :)

I’ve used Sam’s Appliance Repair several times and never been disappointed. They’re fast, experienced and, most important, honest – and if it’s not worth fixing, they’ll tell you. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've used them, and their service is excellent!

Technician was very professional and prompt. He answered all of our questions and diagnosed the issue quickly. I appreciated his honesty and suggestions regarding our situation. I would definitely recommend to others and call him again.

Ilya again worked hard and solved our issues.

He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, had the replacement part on him and he was finished within 45 minutes. Couldn't ask for more. Terrific service.

Kept me updated on their arrival time. Very polite and knowledgeable. Although my refrigerator could not be repaired because of it's age Vlad did try his best to find parts. Service fee was a lot less than most.

Very honest tech, tried his best to help.

Alexey came by for a follow up concern we had that the issue at hand was not fixed. He took his time to figure out the cause and we came with a plan of action. We will see what alexey recommended will help and if he doesn’t he said he will check in. Thank you, Alexey!

Fast, efficient and fairly priced service. We will definitely call again if we need anything!!!

Our repairman was great. On time great info. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent Service!!! Highly recommend the company

Ilya from Sam Appliance replaced our ice maker in the fridge. He was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Clear communication, quick response, on time, honest. Was able to refer to the manufacturer to resolve my problem under warranty. Will call again when there is a need.

Good experience, the technician, Alexey, was professional and helpful.

They never send me the one year warranty paper, and their parts and services cost close to $600, didn’t last even one year.

Excellent service by Ilya and coordination by Sam. Super clear, trustworthy and efficient communication and execution. Cannot be more complimentary of their services!

I had an outstanding experience with Sam Appliance Repair. I called Friday evening around 6:18 PM about our refrigerator, which had stopped cooling. Sam was extremely responsive and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day. Even though I had a prior commitment, he insisted on coming in the morning to… Read full review

I had a water leak in my refrigerator.. Technician came out to diagnose the problem. He believed he found the problem in a cracked water line and repaired it. Thank you for handling my refrigerator problem. Ilya quickly determined that I needed a new dumper motor (my produce was freezing).

We have used sam appliance two times this year. The technician is wonderful, got here on time and had the jobs done in no time at all. We are very happy with this company.

Ilya did such a great job fixing our freezer! Thank you for being so kind and positive.

Sam's Appliance Repair is excellent. They're my go-to guys when it comes to work on my Viking range or Sub-zero fridge units. Ilya is professional, gives great advice and always gets the repair done properly.

I’m very happy that I chose Sam Appliance Repair Company. Sam and Ilya were amazing! They repaired my GE built-in refrigerator, which is over 35 years old. Both the freezer and refrigerator sections had stopped cooling properly and the temperature was slowly rising. I contacted Sam Appliance Repair based on a… Read full review

Very professional and knowledgeable.

Our GE built-in refrigerator stopped cooling, and other companies gave us high prices without even checking the unit. Then we found Sam Appliance Repair, and Sam came personally. He inspected everything carefully, explained the problem clearly, and gave us a fair price. They rebuilt the sealed system — replaced the… Read full review

Sam was awesome! Gave me an ETA and was on time. Very professional and clean. Quick diagnosis and repair. Would definitely use again. Thanks Sam!

Very pleased with the service I received from Sam Appliance Repair. First off they were friendly and professional. They were quick to get back to me and… Read full review

Sam Appliance Repair did a great job for us on a KitchenAid fridge in Thousand Oaks. Alex came out within a couple hours of our call, diagnosed the problem, and came back as promised to install the new parts. Very happy, and will use again.

The tech was on time, knew what he was doing, detected the issue, and quickly repaired it.

Work was seamless! Thanks

SAM Appliance did a great job repairing our 12 year old built-in KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer. What I most appreciate is their commitment and stick-to-it-ivness. Their first repair lasted a day. Another company might have cashed our check and ghosted us. Not SAM. They honored their 1 year warranty for parts and… Read full review

Alex solved multiple problems with the fridge over multiple visits. Thanks to Sam Appliances for the persistence.

Great service. Was polite, prompt, and clearly explained all options to me. He recommended I contact Samsung due to this being a common occurrence (no recall issued, but some lawsuits). I never would have known to contact them, and they did a $700 repair for free. Thank you for the great service!

Came within two hours of calling and diagnosed / fixed our fridge and oven. Now my only appliance repair business I will call.

Our repairman came in ten minutes!! He was expected in two hours.

Ilijia, my repair man, was personable, professional and provided excellent service. I would certainly recommend him and call again if necessary. Thanks so much, Iliyia.

Exceptional service. Sam was professional in getting our refrigerator repaired in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company.

My stacked clothing dryer stopped working suddenly on Monday. I called expecting an answering machine but it was Sam. He asked questions, and arranged a visit within two days at a convenient time for me and had everything repaired in 1 hour. I've used Sam Appliance repair four prior times- equally excellent. The best!

They did a great job repairing my refrigerator and my washing machine. They came out fast and on time and did the job for a fair price. Recommend!

Sam Appliance Repair is great! We bought a new condo and the Sub Zero Freezer wasn’t working. This is a 30 year old appliance so we were contemplating replacing it rather than fixing it. We decided to get an estimate to fix it and called Sam based on the positive reviews. He was very responsive and professional, and… Read full review

Sam was extremely responsive and knew exactly how to fix our refrigerator problem. He ordered parts for us, arrived on time, did the work, and charged exactly what he quoted. Would be more than happy to go to him again.

Very knowledgeable, fast responsive. Fixed my fridge!

Sam is way better than any of the GE certified repairman we have used previously. We have an older built in Monogram.

Other than a mixup in times which was quickly corrected showed up when said, updated regularly, and made sure that work was done on budget. Would use again.

Sam is amazing! I would only trust him to work on my appliances. We have an older Viking stove & Kitchenaid built in fridge.
