He also did a quick price analysis and recommended that we purchase a new washer rather getting it fixed. I also appreciate that he showed me the problem and explained the causes. The first repair did go well. He was professional and neat. But since he was here a new problem has developed. Now there is water leaking . I do not know if this is just coincidence or not. But to fix I was quoted $400 in replacing valve. I will probably replace washer instead . I am hesitant to now use this company.

Sam’s sent a repairman who arrived earlier than I expected and quietly worked to repair my washing machine, which maybe only took him 10-15 minutes! The door seal boot popped out and so water would come spilling out during the rinse/wash cycles. The fee was fair for the service. So glad I didn’t have to buy a new washing machine!

These guys are always on time, courteous and skilled. They are careful with the machines. I should note that it's not always Sam that comes, but it doesn't matter. They are worth the money, I've used them a few times now.
