Sam replaced our oven heating element in our 28yr old oven and the drain tube on our dishwasher. He was very prompt, easy to work with and I appreciated his advice about which appliances to repair vs replace. For example we also have a cooktop issue where the replace option is a better option there.
Sam came out within the hour that I contacted him. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong with our Bosch dishwasher. He ordered the part and returned in a couple of days and installed the new part. We will always call Sam for any appliance repair.
