Sam’s Appliance Repair for the win! I called and they had an opening just a few hours later. They came out, diagnosed the problem with our older Samsung dryer, and even had the parts needed to fix it on the spot. Very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The drum of my dryer was running continually every time I closed the door. I called Sam’s Appliance Repair and he came the same day. After assessing the issue, he ordered the parts needed and came back the next day to complete the repairs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt.

Sam came over as I let him know I had issues with dryer not drying my clothes. He took a throughout look and noticed the problem. Instead of charging me for parts and repair, he gave me tips on how to do it myself. It was a very small fix. Thank you again, will call again if I need anything else.
