Sam replaced our oven heating element in our 28yr old oven and the drain tube on our dishwasher. He was very prompt, easy to work with and I appreciated his advice about which appliances to repair vs replace. For example we also have a cooktop issue where the replace option is a better option there.

Very knowledgeable and professional service. Had an issue with oven fan and water dispenser on my GE refrigerator. Both appliances were inspected. Oven fan was checked and works fine. Ordered new parts for the refrigerator. Parts arrived and the refrigerator was repaired and is is working as designed. Highly recommended for 5 star service. Juan
