My experience with MS Services was extremely disappointing. Technician Andre took a week to arrive, even though the company offers faster appointments to customers who are not using a home warranty. During his first visit, he said he didn’t have the required equipment and would need to return to complete the…
Been using them for years. Very professional, knowledgable, on-time and friendly. Highly recommend
Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would differently refer Same Day Conditioning & Heating to everyone!!
The technicians were very professional and worked their tail off. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Gabriel was our AC technician. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the cause of AC not functioning, explained the cause in terms which I could understand and fixed it in very short time. Also shared advice on how to self maintain AC unit. Scheduling on phone was also easy and he arrived as per time. Highly recommended!
On time, quick diagnosis, parts available, back up and running!
Gabriel and Same Day Airconditioning are a company I highly recommend. They serviced my issue literally on the same day. Gabriel is a highly skilled, professional and competent technician and has successfully provided service to us in the past too. Mine is a very old airconditioner. However, I was fully assured…
Andre is amazing technician. Highly knowledgeable and courteous with great communication. He seems to enjoy all he does and makes it a personal challenge to solve customer problem. He is simply amazing!
great experience ,would use them again.
They never followed up to complete the work! Despite calls from me and my home warranty. Hands down the worse service I've ever had. I do not recommend them.
Called late on Thursday, and they came on Friday. Arrived within the specified time window. All that was required was to put the fuse in properly, but they also checked the coolant while there. Just charged the service call fee, which was reasonable.
The tech Mr Maher was on time and did a thorough job; he ensured that the units were working well before he left. Very satisfied with their service.
Gabriel came out and looked at my AC unit that is not working. He was efficient and quickly diagnosed the issue. Gabriel was able to fix the fan in a timely manner. He was extremely polite and explained everything to me. He worked on the AC unit quietly and respectfully not to disrupt the family. Superb service and…
SameDay Air Conditioning lives up to its name. They were fast and very responsive, coming out within hours to replace the capacitor on my A/C unit. It was very different as other companies were quoting days or weeks to come out. Sanad was very polite and helped me not only diagnose the issue but also locate the…
Like many ACs, mine went out at the height of the heat wave. Understandably, they could not come out for another week or so, but thankfully the weather cooled off. The tach called and arrived a couple hours ahead of schedule, which was fine by me. He was able the flip the circuit breaker that I could not (lesson…
