Sanam was the technician assigned to do our pre-season furnace check. He gave us a 20 minute notice of when he would be arriving. He completed the service near the beginning of the service time window which was very convenient. Sanam was profession, courteous and patient with all my questions.

Technician was profession and had our heating unit cleaned and working well withing 20min.
Had our 1st HVAC tube up check today. Maintenance guy came early as scheduled. Tune up lasted for 15-20 mins. He said “ everything is fine”. But we did not get any detailed reports after the tune up.
