Gabrielle and Philip did a great job, they were non-intrusive as I was working from home that day. They came in and fixed what was needed to be fixed and made sure to share what I needed to know so that my heater was working properly.
Gabriel and Philippe arrived on time and perform maintenance. They also identified that the noise was coming from the water heater. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Gabriel was so professional, polite and went above and beyond his job. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions

Hard to get a hold of to make appointment. Technician was prompt and efficient. He let me know what he did in tuning up my heater for the winter. Not pleased with having only option to review on Google vs just submitting a text as I rarely log into Google and had to go out of my way to log in to submit this review.
We had a great experience with Same Day. Gabrielle (sp?), the tech, was prompt, professional, and masked up. He took care of our problem quickly, and we’ve had no problems since. 10/10
