Came on time, fix quick
This company was assigned by our home warranty, they came and said no problem and is just wire and he said he fixed it and he said it has 30 days warranty of this problem. Later on, again our heater did not work, we requested through our home warranty and they scheduled the appointment for the day after between…
Very professional, on time.
Furnace stopped working and Same Day was able to send Sanad to come and take a look the very same day I called. He arrived early in the appointment window, quickly found the problem, quickly replaced the part and spoke patiently with the home warranty company to explain the repairs. He promptly gave me an itemized…
The technician was friendly and professional. I appreciate that he was careful to thoroughly check the system to make sure it was working well and also not try to sell me repairs or upgrades I didn't need.

Our heater was failing intermittently. Gabriel came, diagnosed the issue quickly (faulty circuit board). The part needed to be ordered, and once it was in he came back and replaced the faulty board. He was delightful to work with and the heater is working fine now!
Very happy with the service. Gabriel was great! Fast, respectful and clean. Thank you!!
Gabriel is very professional; he showed up on time, carefully, and was respectful to my home. He quickly identified the issue and returned the unit to work within a reasonable time. I highly recommend Same Day AC service.
