I booked Three bays for two hours, for a big group. The location is in a great location with parking directly behind the social. The group was welcomed and taken care of. For a group of over 25 guest, the location has plenty of space. Food and bar was great!. I will definitely be booking here again for a big group.…

My husband and I decided to visit The Sand Trap Social for Labor Day weekend. We enjoy supporting local and new businesses, and we always share our experiences with others.
Upon arrival, the host was warm, welcoming, and inviting. She explained everything in great detail and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Her customer service was excellent.
Halfway through our visit, I noticed a television with a remote that said “Watch as a guest.” We changed the station to YouTube to play music we enjoy — nothing inappropriate or offensive.
Within seconds, a man approached us without greeting or introducing himself. We later learned he was the manager. He immediately said, “We can hear your music through the walls,” even though it had only been on for about 20 seconds. His tone was rude and accusatory, and he warned us that if he heard any inappropriate music, we would have to turn it off.
I politely responded that we were unaware of the volume issue and asked why he would assume we would play inappropriate music. By the end of the conversation, it became clear that we were being unfairly judged and profiled. As an Army veteran family who carries ourselves well in our community, the experience was both sad and disappointing.
It costs nothing to be kind.
We genuinely wish the business success — it has amazing potential. However, if one of the owners reads this, please reach out. The environment could be wonderful, but not with the current management approach.
