I understand that he's not supposed to clean screens, anyways that's what he advised me of. Most of these newer homes are not built like the old homes that doesn't have screens. Most of these homes have screens from inside of the house. I wish he would have cleaned up the areas where he took off the screens, because most of the screen areas were left with wet sand. I wish he would have told me if I had a vacuum cleaner. New Mexico is a sandy area. I have cleaned the windows last month, since my community is a DUST BOWL community. I wish he would have given me the chance to vacuum the area, instead of trying to put the water hose to clean the area. He asked me if I would do a walked around. I trust him that he would have cleaned up the area where he was cleaning and closed the side gate. I am a Disabled American Veteran and retired Army soldier. I am very concerned about my home 🏡. He learned that today the security cameras and alarm system that's around my home. I am a veteran who has severe PTSD and TBI. I am always in a panic mode. Now, I am cleaning up after him. I don't need no refunds. I just want the young man to be very careful the next time he goes to someone else's home. I can't give him a perfect score, because of how he left my home Again, Blake was respectful, yet area's he left was not satisfied to me.

We truly appreciate your kind words about Blake being respectful, and we’re sorry that parts of the cleanup and communication did not meet your expectations. We completely understand your concern about the areas around the screens being left with wet sand and especially your concerns regarding the security of your home. Even though screen cleaning was not included in the service, we still want to make sure we leave every property clean, secure, and treated with respect. We also should have communicated with you more clearly before using water in those areas or before leaving the property. We take your feedback seriously and will be reviewing this with Blake and our team so we can improve our procedures moving forward.
