Excellent service! Brian did a great job cleaning our 2 sofas, and Ron gave us an estimate for our natural stone floor cleaning throughout numerous rooms. Quality work and such caring, pleasant people. Highly recommend their services. Reasonably priced for quality work.

After a year, our newly refinished wood floors looked dull and just felt "sticky". Ron came out and knew immediately we were using the wrong cleaning product, and using it at far too high a concentration. Did an excellent job deep cleaning and sealing a travertine stone flooring in an occupied home (kitchen, bathrooms, and main hallway) in Santa Fe. The 25-year old flooring now looks bright and light again. Informative, prompt and friendly service. Wish we would have known about SaniCare sooner!
The two gentlemen who came to clean my floor were very professional and competent. When I bought the home I had the carpets replaced but budgetwise could not afford to replace the kitchen flooring. Waalah!!!!! They made it look like new. I highly recommend SaniClean!

We hired SaniCare to repair some water-damaged carpet and wood flooring. They also located and sealed the source of the leak causing the damage. They were careful, professional, and they cleaned up afterward beautifully. I can highly recommend SaniCare for repairs of this nature in your home.

While I appreciate the effort to get my grout cleaned I was thoroughly disappointed with their service. I emphasized repeatedly that my main goal was the grout. At the outset I was told it could be done (albeit not perfectly) to my satisfaction. The end state was my tile was actually in worse shape than when the job…
Last week I used SaniCare to scrub and clean the concrete floors in my Office. The floors turned out magnificent. The workers were on time and did not make any mess that they did not clean up. I am very satisfied with the high level of professionalism from everyone at SaniCare.
