AMAZING Service Very Trustworthy Loyal Helpful Friendly Kind my Daughter's Mercedes Service was Excellent Let me know all the problems with the car and repaired Everything that was wrong Very Fair Pricing Excellent Service 👏

My husband was always the on that took care of car problems. It was new to me and I appreciated the kindness given to me. Explained all the things needing to be done.

Friendly staff, took the extra effort to find and diagnose a problem that was a hot and miss problem. Got the repair done in timely manner.

Everything was explained to me up front. So, I wasn't surprised with any additional cost. Also, the staff was very cordial.

Great service, prompt analysis, reasonable price, no up selling

Absolutely awesome! I will taking all my vehicles this place in the future for service. My jeep was “brick” and they got it running again no time. Super happy!

If I could give this shop 6 stars, I would. Brought my 2003 Lexus ES300 in on Feb. 13th last month dealing with issues like misfiring and bad rpm fluctuations when idle. Having had my car brought to 3 different mechanics prior, they tried and found no solution. Initially, since it was the 4th mechanic I was bringing… Read full review

Fantastic auto repair shop. Happy to leave a good review. Also love the fact that they speak to you in Laymans terms and explain to you the issue and the repair cost and which one is priority.👍💯

Great customer service From both Eric and guest facing employees. Even the way they answer the phone and speak to you is a refreshing reminder of what quality service is. They kept me informed throughout process, from receiving vehicle from tow company to initial diagnostics and were able to have repairs completed… Read full review

Sansone’s is awesome. They have competitive pricing, are very trustworthy and provide exceptional customer service. I found them through a local advertisement which offer discounts on different services they provide. I have a 2009 VW Turbo that requires special attention and they were amazing. Very happy with the results! After a diagnostic check found out I had a bad master cylinder. Eric kept me informed on replacing it only to find out the new one was bad causing a delay. Coupon helped lowering the bill🙂

This is the only place I will take my car for repairs, they are professional and prompt 👍👍👍👍

If you’re looking for an auto shop in the Henderson/Vegas area, we HIGHLY recommend Sansone’s Automotive. We brought our truck in with an unknown issue and they were so communicative, kind and QUICK. We left with a working truck and got updates frequently, with the best service we could ever ask for. Mac & her team are awesome!

Gr8 work. Friendly people

Fast response and great service...

I’ve been coming to this auto shop now for years. Service is always top notch, great communication always pleasant to work with.

I work an odd schedule and have difficulty both getting the car in and picking it up. They are always great about accommodating me and working to get me in and out with little trouble.

I brought my vehicle here a few weeks ago because it was running noisy. This sound was pretty concerning to me so I had Sansone's Automotive diagnose and repair the vehicle for me. Although the parts needed took a little longer to arrive to the shop as things of this nature happen in the mechanic world, Mike did a… Read full review

Staff was courteous & knowledgeable & our runs 100% better & you can't even tell that it's running! Even when you're outside of it with your hand on the cab! Now that's mighty fine work for a 2004 Ford truck! Thanks again for your service! 😜

Thorough and quick. Will use again.

Mike Samsone and his team took good care of my vehicle. They did thorough diagnostics and were able to to get it to pass smog when two other places couldn't. They helped me with cost as well. They care about you and your vehicle at Samsone's. Would recommend.

Sansones is a reliable and trustworthy auto shop that we all are looking for. We have had our vehicles repaired there several times, they are always prompt, up front, and quality work. We will always take our vehicles here for repair

I always do business at Sansone's, and plan to continue that in the future. Nice people.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! My Aunt and Uncle introduced me to Sansone's when I moved back out here almost 11 years ago and I have been going to them ever since. Chuck and his team are the best, they are understanding, honest, and treat you like family. I am a customer for life.

Sansone’s offers professional, fair and reliable auto service. I have been trusted them for many years and really have appreciated their quality service and lower costs compared with the dealership.
