Quick service on satisfied customer.. hard to find a loyal and dependable auto service center. I have both my vehicles serviced here. Im especially impressed with a video or pictures of what any problem has occurred on either of the vehicles. I do like they go through the vehicles on a detailed work sheet… Read full review

Very friendly and helpful. This is my first time going there because I've heard such great things about their service. So far they are living up to the high standard I've heard about:-)

Went to Sansone because they were the closest shop that wasn’t a big brand name company. I was nervous because I knew I needed a lot of work done, and though out the entire process of getting my car repaired, and oil changed, the team at Sansone was incredible. They were so friendly and transparent with everything… Read full review

A very professional business that respects their customers. This is my 2nd visit and I'm very impressed by their honesty, timely scheduling and customer service. Highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. Quick scheduling; clear communication; work done as promised; work completed quickly; fair pricing.

I was so impressed with the wonderful service I received when I brought my car in for service. In fact I’m bringing it back in this week for brakes. The service was quick and the staff is so friendly, which is extremely important to me. I highly recommend Sansones !!!

I dont go anywhere else but here, they are amazing at what they do and fast too!!!

I had really high hopes for this shop, but after getting my brakes and rotors replaced last year, my brakes started squeaking like 3 months later. They blamed it on brake dust and only 1 year and a few months later I have to replace all my brakes and rotors again. The shop I'm currently sitting in says whatever… Read full review

Nothing but professional and friendly service all the way thru. Super glad that I received this recommendation. Need an automotive repair shop that knows what it’s doing and fair about what they charge, you just found them. Wit be back!

My experience with this automotive company was excellent overall. The staff I worked with were professional, highly knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. When I received my vehicle, the final price was within the original estimate, which I greatly appreciated. The only issue I experienced was that… Read full review

Fantastic auto repair shop. Happy to leave a good review. Also love the fact that they speak to you in Laymans terms and explain to you the issue and the repair cost and which one is priority.👍💯

Great place, they always take care of me, your cat will be in great hands.

Customer care is amazing. They really take care to make sure my car is in good condition.

A coworker recommended this place. Very honest and upfront. They inspected my car and told me exactly what is wrong with it. Informed me the broken part is under recall and didn’t even charge for inspection. Definitely will go back and recommend to others. Love the honesty.

Sansone’s is awesome. They have competitive pricing, are very trustworthy and provide exceptional customer service. I found them through a local advertisement which offer discounts on different services they provide. I have a 2009 VW Turbo that requires special attention and they were amazing. They greet you with… Read full review

I have used Sansone’s since moving to Vegas 3 years ago. They service my Honda, and both older cars that my granddaughter has owned. Sansone’s automotive is my favorite mechanic shop. They are knowledgeable and confident. I take all my families cars to them. The prices are fair and they communicate what the fix will entail and how much it will cost. It’s nice to have a mechanic you can trust.

I’ve been using Sansone’s since the 90’s. They are very honest, and very good with the repairs. I highly recommend them!

I am new to the area and was looking for an automotive shop near me for a regular scheduled maintenance on my Ford Fusion. There was also a roughness in the ride above a certain speed that had developed I wanted them to check out. I didn't know how to fully explain it, I just knew that something didn't feel right.… Read full review

Great people at Sansone’s. Dropped my truck off Monday and got it back the next day. They called me and let me know everything wrong with it and the cost of each repair. Price is fair for the quality work they do. They really are good people.

Not clear why there was a $200+ difference between Mike's quote and Chuck's quote to install a new catalytic converter in my 2011 Chevy Equinox.
