Sansone's Automotive

Great people honest. I have taken in 4 cars so far nothing but a good feeling thru the whole experience

Great service. Explained what was needed for repairs. No pressure. Very professional. Got my car back in a day. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

The best customer service! Repairs were great but I have to say the 2 men at the front reception area are incredible. Brian is your company's best asset! Really appreciated the Uber rides. Will always use your company for my auto repairs.

The pros at Sansone's Automotive are STILL THE BEST in the business! We're repeat customers - Sansone has serviced a few of our vehicles (Honda & Cadillac). These folks know what to look for, and they're AAA certified! Seriously, what more could anyone want? 🤷🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Im especially impressed with a video or pictures of what any problem has occurred on either of the vehicles. I do like they go through the vehicles on a detailed work sheet… Read full review

Exceptional communication By Eric and Cita. Great customer service. Chuck, I'm assuming is their lead mechanic, also has great communication and performed great work on my 04 Ram 1500. Drives better now then when I bought it 3 years ago. I've taken this truck to 3 different mechanics, and most of them had differing… Read full review

I’ve been searching for a good mechanic for years and I’ve finally found it. My brother recommended I come here and they didn’t disappoint. They were completely transparent with me about pricing and what exactly needed to be done to my older vehicle. I told them to fix what is most important now and I will come back… Read full review

I am 100% Satisfied and Happy with every aspect of work done on my Ford Ranger Truck, I will go no other place for any work needed on my vehicle from now on. AAA +++ Great customer service !!!!

One of the most organized shops I've been to. They know how to be efficient and thorough with repairs and each customer is given honest assessments and top tier services.

Sansone is very well organized, efficient, and honest.

Quick service . But they overcharge for parts . The price I paid for 2 lower control arms ,I could of bought 5 1/2 lower control arms .

I brought my 2004 accord here to get the brake system redone back in April and it’s now September and my I’ve had to had my brakes dones a second time due a failing master cylinder they replaced and now I’m having problems with the brake booster again as well. It worked for about a month before I had to get the… Read full review

Sorry I am leaving the state, they were great to work with

Great communication and great work. We appreciated your professionalism and prompt delivery of the vehicle. Not all shops are equal in Vegas but we now know who to go to. Thank you very much. Jim & Liz Vickers

I needed a steering fix. And they did it in a day. Very pleased and will be goinging back for my other needs. Thanks Joe for the advice.

Sansone's Automotive replaced the front lower control arms, which had worn bushings, on my 2008 Rav4 for a substantially lower cost than a dealership. As far as I can tell, Sansone did an excellent job in installing the parts.

I was quickly given a fair estimate below any other I had received and significantly lower than the dealership. The work was completed before the estimated time. The work was perfect and professionally done. Mario took the time to explain the details of the repair. I was beyond impressed. I will always take my… Read full review
