Sarah was absolutely outstanding. She got the best photos. Sarah has an eye for capturing special moments. Very professional yet personable. Also we ran ahead of schedule with the photos after the ceremony. I could not recommend her more!

I want to give Sarah Photography a 100/100 (not sure if that's allowed lol)!!!! She is absolutely out of this world!!! She took our family pictures on the beach and they turned out phenomenal!!! It was sooo hard to pick what ones I really loved because they all were perfect! My son who is 5 years old is extremely shy and not one to smile in pictures (even when his father or I are trying to take pictures) but Sarah had the magic touch and he was laughing and smiling in all of the pictures!! Sarah is such an easy going, easy to work with, sweet, and caring woman. Having photos done with her was absolutely fun and so easy!! She told us what to do and even tho we didn't think we were doing it right everything came out perfect!!! Definitely recommend her for your dream photos and I will be recommending her to all my friends! Thank you so much Sarah for being amazing and doing what you do best!! Definitely amazing!!

Sarah photographed my wedding in June 2022. Prior to our wedding day and during, Sarah was great. She was communicative, professional, and our engagement pictures turned out beautifully. I also have a skin condition which can be visible on my arms, legs, and back. When I discussed these areas with Sarah during booking, she was kind enough to offer to Photoshop these skin blemishes out at no additional cost. Unfortunately, when we received our wedding gallery, about 50 pictures were grainy. When I asked Sarah about these, she explained they were "lower aperture possibly and higher settings within the camera to compensate for lower light situations". While I can understand exposure, there were other photos with around the same lighting and further into the night that were exposed properly and did not have a grainy appearance. In looking at the detailed specs of the pictures, the majority of the grainy ones were shot with ISO-12800, which other professional photographers informed me were VERY high and is what caused the grainy appearance. These pictures included photographs of my husband and I dressed in our traditional Vietnamese outfits, us visiting the tables with all of our guests, our Frisbee toss (instead of a bouquet toss), and cake cutting. None of these pictures can be re-created. I had asked if she could do any editing to fix the grainy pictures, and she replied saying since it was in the camera settings, editing won't make much of a difference. Based on those two responses, I decided to request a partial refund for the % of pictures that were grainy since they were due to her camera settings, and I did not pay for grainy pictures. She did not respond for 6 days, when she usually responded within 1-2 days. Three days after I sent my refund email, she updated her social media with an out of office (OOO) instead of letting me know directly. I felt this was a little unprofessional, as she typically replied within 1-2 days, so seeing her "OOO" story without any response to my email prior felt like she was purposely ignoring me. In the end, due to her contract wording, she did not offer any partial refund (or additional products). However, since I requested the partial refund, she said she would "take another look" at the grainy pictures. She eventually returned the updated pictures, which were definitely improved, but still not the same quality as it would have been had she put her camera settings appropriately from the start. I question why she did not edit them to at least be more presentable when I asked about the grainy pictures the first two times. If I had just accepted those initial responses, I would have been left with the original, grainy quality pictures. The removal of stars is directly related to the grainy pictures in my wedding gallery and how I feel communication was handled after feedback was given to her. I have also included a few examples of the grainy pictures she took as part of this review.

Multiple re-edits were completed per your request from reception to your psoriasis and after not hearing from you, I assumed you were pleased. You had a gorgeous wedding day and I hope you cherish all the other images that were delivered as well as love the re-edited images.

I can't say enough positive things about Sarah- she was a pleasure to work with for our engagement/wedding/maternity and newborn. Sarah was great! So easy to work with and on top of everything throughout the whole planning process even! She is very sweet and kind and so are her associate shooters.
