She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, listened and helped me achieve what my hair is capable of without doing damage. I have found my person here in Jax and I could not be more excited 🥳

Marcello is absolutely fantastic!! Marcello is a true professional and hair expert! He takes the time to genuinely listen to your desires and concerns. I absolutely loved SASS, and Rachel did a FANTASTIC job on my hair! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and Rachel (who was referred to me by a friend) gave me wonderful, professional advice and care. I will definitely be going back to see Rachel and the other stylists!
