My experience at SASS is unfailingly great. Always on time, which really matters to me. Customer service orientation is exceptional from mg stylist AND the front desk. I walk out and never feel a need to redo or touch up m th hair. It’s exactly what I asked for every time: color, cutting,and styling.

I’ve been coming to Sass Salon for almost 4 years, ever since I moved to Jacksonville, and it’s the only place I trust with my hair. Emily did a wonderful job on my most recent visit! I wanted to go back to my natural color and get rid of my highlights, and she nailed it. The color looks natural and healthy, and the haircut was amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands. Highly recommend Emily and Sass Salon to anyone looking for a stylist who truly knows her craft! ♥️
