We have been with Savatree Northeast for over 20 years. They are an excellent company providing excellent services with very helpful and knowledgable staff. Our property looks so nice and healthy. The recommendations our arborist, Jody Huxter, makes to us are always perfect to what is needed. Recently, we had…
Not happy how they handled the scheduling of the tree service. They took the job, but never gave a service date. I had a long wait and I had to wait 3 months to have the branches be removed. Finally, they showed up while I was away. They charged me in thousands and did not cut the branches as I had explained and…
We have used Savatree for our front yard for years for plant pest control and pruning. We are very satisfied with their work Ryan Case has been our account manager during all that time. Even though we are a small residential client, Ryan has been very attentive and is clearly knowledgeable. He is really a joy to have as our account manager at Savatree.
Ryan Case has inspected my trees and plants through the years when there is a problem. He is punctual, courteous and a very knowledgeable arborist. I highly recommend Ryan.
We have a weeping cherry which has been oozing more sap than normal. Staci gave us an assessment on the tree. She was very smart, funny, and informative. Then, we discussed my neighbor’s huge oak tree (another client) and our dogwood which had too much mulch around the trunk… Really grateful for her advice.
Jodi and his team are excellent to work with. Jodi is very knowledgeable and professional and provides real advice and recommendations based on his expertise. His crew is excellent and does quality work in the time they commit. We have used Jodi and Sav A a Tree for many years and we will continue to do so.
Stacey is a gem! She came to our home quickly and offered a thorough and reasonable assessment of what we needed to do. She's not pushy and won't try to pressure you into services you don't want/need, but she really knows her stuff and I trusted her completely. The results speak for themselves. Our ailing tree is…
We worked with Stacey. She will brilliant. Her connection to trees and knowledge was very impressive. We loved her help and value her expertise.
Stacey is the BEST. Nobody knows trees and lawns like her. She has been helping us with our yard for years. We wouldn’t trust anyone else!
Great service. Stacie Phelps is the most knowledgeable arborist we have dealt with and has provided continued insights into managing and Improving the trees and large plants on our property.
Stacie is the most knowledgeable arborist I’ve ever encountered. Above and beyond amazing.
Thank you Sav-A-Tree for sending arborist Stacie Phelps our way! I am grateful for Stacie’s knowledge and love of trees. She’s an invaluable source of info, very reliable and professional. She’s worked with us for five years and I recommend her to everyone and anyone needing service!
Lawn care and management is actually a commodity business. There is little differentiation in product and process. What makes this branch special is their commitment to customer relationship and operation management. I have the pleasure of working with an expert - Scott Lamm. He knows horticulture and passionate…
Scott completed a variety of work including taking down some trees. Excellent job. Efficient, reasonable quote. Very helpful, careful and tidy. Would certainly use again
I have had a working relationship with Scott for well over 15 years. I am a Licensed Landscape Architect with my own design and installation company. In that time I have always been able to rely on Scott for his expertise helping me with problems on my client’s properties. He has been an extremely valuable…
Scott from Sav-A-Tree was great! Super helpful and informative and not too pushy.
Received excellent service from Scott and SavaTree. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have annual lawn and tree care maintenance contract with them for over 10 years, extremely pleased with the service. Scott goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. Super attentive and responsive. I would recommend…
Stacie came out to inspect our beautiful tree. We were told it needed to be taken down, upon her inspection we only needed to trim two areas. What a relief! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough.
Four years ago, when we purchaed a 75 year-old house in the Sleepy Hollow historic district of Plainfield NJ, we knew we needed some expert help. The house itself did not need much work, but one of the house's attractions were the many beuatiful trees. We also inheritied a lovely fenced Zen Garden behind the house…
