This is an amazing company, when you first call and speak with Rose, she would go above and beyond trying to take care of your needs, she sets reasonable expectations to follow up with you with realistic time frame; as well as the service they provide very knowledgeable technicians that will keep you informed all step of way.
This company stole over $12,000 from me. They charged me $100 “monthly lease payment” for over 10 years. After this was uncovered, they said “oh sorry”. Charged me another 1200 to “purchase” my old equipment. Service calls take over a week to come cause “no tech is in that area this week.” Owner is very kind but…
Rose was very helpful, I was able to send pictures of our system that came with the home we purchased and we knew nothing about it. Scheduled a service call as our salt tank is empty. And to discuss possibly newer options in the long run.

I’m so glad my wife found Sayler Suncoast Water! I sent in a request for information, and in less than 24 hours, I received a call from the nicest lady named Rose. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and so easy to talk to. We recently bought a house that already had a water softener system installed, but we knew absolutely nothing about how these systems work or how to take care of them. Sayler Suncoast Water is going to take care of us, and we couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for help with your water softener or water treatment system, give Rose a call. My wife and I have utilized the services of Sayler WaterCare (“Sayler”) For a period of decades, at our prior home owning the whole house, soft water, equipment, and utilizing Sayler for any necessary service, regular and periodic inspections, any necessary adjustments, replacement of any parts (which I cannot recall ever being necessary), delivery of salt, etc. At our current home which was purchased by us new in 2001, we elected to lease from Sayler our water softener and osmosis system for the kitchen. Our relationship goes back at least 30 years. Over the decades, I Cannon will affirm that we have NEVER Had any problems, concerns, or other negative incidents regarding Sayler. Their equipment has been “top shelf,” and most reliable, and the pricing, timelines, fairness, attention to detail, and interaction with the customer have always been of the highest level of personalization and professionalism as anyone could reasonably expect or imagine. This is a family owned, local business. From the ownership, to the administrative staff, to the delivery personnel, to the servicing technicians, they are exceptional. Whether purchasing or leasing the equipment, we thoroughly and appropriately trust their judgment. They are timely and caring. Anyone considering the purchase or leasing of soft water equipment, or requiring services to be performed on existing equipment, we could not recommend, commend or otherwise give any higher accolades. With all sincerity, before making any choice, make sure that Sayler is at the top of your list to make a telephone call or email contact with Sayler. I am certain you will not be sorry!!! Yes, we are a very pleased and happy customer as you can tell from this review and our long term relationship with the entity and its staff.

I tried over and over to give this company a chance only to be disappointed. Currently have old non functional equipment. Stay far from them. Purchased an RO set up from them aa well and had to have my contractor help the installers put it in correctly. System has gone down 5 times since. Overall disappointing.

We live in Mainlands off US19 (Pinellas Park) and have used them for over 2 years. They are all so nice and responsive! We speak with Jane & Rose mostly who are just WONDERFUL.
