Staff is friendly. Facility is clean. My dog never hesitates to go in.
The staff is always very kind to my dog Lilly.
Our dog loves all of the groomers and has a good time visiting! All the services that we have requested have been performed and our puppy always has behaved well under the expertise of the groomers! We love that the next appointment is always made for us so we never get behind with grooming needs and we never consider going elsewhere. Thank you!!
Staff went above and beyond expectation. We thank both the young ladies involved with Marcel's hygiene update.
Clean facility, in and out in a good amount of time for all the services.
I brought my newly rescued dog for a bath, she was really shy and nervous, I was not sure how she would do. The staff was so kind, patient, gentle, friendly, caring Tia did great and is hooked on her monthly spa treatment
Great experience at Senthound! Full service grooming, very professional staff. I’d recommend them to any dog owner!
People there are always carrying they love the animals love going there
I love Scenthound. Staff is always friendly. They go over any concerns after the apt if there are any or even the good things about your dog. I definitely recommend them. The office is also located near shopping centers you can visit while your dog is in the appointment. I also love their set monthly price.
The staff is so sweet to my 100lb lab! I was never good at keeping up with his dental health and by going once a month I am already noticing an improvement! It's well worth the price too!
Penny Lane and Phoenix both have been to ScentHound. Each appointment they have a bath, ears cleaned, teeth brushed, and nails trimmed. If needed they have had their anal glands expressed and I usually get the nail grind add on which is an additional fee. The staff is friendly and has been great with them. We have…
I thought I would try Scenthound for in between groomings for a bath and teeth cleaning. Then I decided to try the grooming service. That is all it took for me to change services that I had been using for four years as I’m hooked on Scenthound. In addition to wonderful services, my dog loves going there. She became…
My senior dog has had four visits to Scent Hound. The techs treat her gently and respectfully. They are aware of her age and health concerns and do a good job on her hygiene.
We take our beagle/mini pin to Scenthound monthly and she receives a great cleaning, nail trimming, etc. Being on a monthly plan has helped us maintain consistent hygiene.
I love this place. They make me feel like my dog is safe they communicate with me the whole time he is with them. His hair cuts always look the way I need them to look. The lobby is always clean it smells great in there great value for what you pay.

Today was Bo’s first visit at Scenthound Aurora. We are used to Scenthound in another state, so I was unsure what to expect. From the moment we arrived, his service was amazing. The employees immediately made Bo and I feel comfortable. They were thorough in explaining all services. I was so impressed with his…
Today our boy had his third visit with our new friends at Scenthound in Aurora, and as usual we are so impressed! Washing Bentley is no easy task and these guys get it done quickly and efficiently. Today he also got their “Mr. Whispy” hair trim as well as a blow dry with their de-shedding treatment- he looks like a…
Great overall experience. My dog came out wagging her tail and smelling soooo good!!!
They were great with our 2 big dogs, especially 1 with anxiety. The service was good and the dogs came home clean and smelling great!
First time there, staff was very friendly. Prices are reasonable 👍
I don't remember the name of the groomer, but my dog Spot was very happy, with the services she received, and that's all that matters.
My grand dog was introduced and welcomed to this place with kind, pet-loving people. My little pup seemed to quickly get over his anxiety that he typically gets when dropped at other groomers. They did a great job for the initial visit and grooming. My little shih-poo looks adorable and smells so fresh! Looking forward to the next monthly visit!
Scenthound was great! Explained everything, was wonderful with my dog and she looked amazing when all finished! Definitely will continue to go there ❤️
I took my two Shih Tzus to Scenthound Aurora for grooming and had a really good experience. The front desk staff were super friendly and made everything quick and easy, even with both dogs. The place felt clean and calm, not chaotic like some groomers, and my dogs seemed comfortable, which does not happen…
In the past I've taken my dog to get his nails clipped but never a combination of ear cleaning nail trim bath Etc so I'm not sure how to compare it. Will try it again
I was very happy with Bailey's first visit. Everyone was super kind. She is soft and smells great. She will get a haircut next time. Try it out!!!
We are new dog owners and we were wondering how we would take care of Lulu with bathing and trimming her nails. The team at Scenthound provided her with a very positive experience and she loved her belly rubs ❤️
Amazing! Thank you for the great and reasonably priced services for my dog Nala’s spa treatment! She looks and smells great!
Highly recommended
I took my golden retriever there for the first time and I was very impressed. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate. If you own a golden retriever you know how difficult it can be to keep up with their maintenance. Scent hound did a great job and I look forward to too many more visits.
