Scenthound Lake Zurich

First time customer and the experience was excellent.

First and last time here. I usually take my dog elsewhere but decided to try this place because it’s conveniently located near my gym. I paid for the basic service, which includes a bath, nail trim, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning. From drop-off to pickup, it took only 13 minutes. Her nails were barely trimmed-… Read full review

Dropped my dogs off and was told an hour for each, I didn’t even make it home they called 15 minutes later saying they were done. I don’t understand how that’s possible. Well the dogs ears didn’t look clean neither did their teeth. I paid $80 for two short baths and nail trimming. Never going back waste of money.

the best ever!

Very good operation with good feedback.

The team made my princess look like a queen.

Highly highly recommend! Excellent care and follow-up! I know our dogs are well cared for because they don’t get scared when we take them back. I love the follow up emails, it really is a useful health check-up! Abby is fantastic! She manages the shop well!!

Great work, great people, great price.

The staff was very accommodating, patient and friendly.

We recently joined Scenthound and signed up for the membership. We’ve been enjoying the service so far. They do a really good job in a very reasonable time frame and I love how they do the SCENT checks and provide feedback on how to help our dog at home. The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. We've been loving the experience so far!

Very nice people to greet & explain everything.

They treat my dog with care and kindness. My dog has her favorite people there and loves seeing them. They communicate well and report how she is doing in each area of care. Teeth, nails, coat etc.

Friendly staff and very clean environment! My pup came out smelling fresh and looking great!

My Goldendoodle visited Scenthound and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They went over everything with me and did a wonderful job giving my dog a bath and trimming his nails. I will definitely be returning to Scenthound for his next bath.

I found the place to be very clean and inviting and staff was very friendly and helpful
