Dropped my dogs off and was told an hour for each, I didn’t even make it home they called 15 minutes later saying they were done. I don’t understand how that’s possible. Well the dogs ears didn’t look clean neither did their teeth. I paid $80 for two short baths and nail trimming. Never going back waste of money.

They harass you with phone calls (5) within 24 hour period after clicking on their ad. I never gave them an authorization to call me and they still did. Unapologetic. Prices are not the local norm.

I have a very persnickity senior dog who is our darling child! The staff treat her with such tlc !! And they do a great job of grooming! Im a member and the bathing monthly is a real joy to my little Havanese! Tho she is a small breed...I see many large dogs come out beautiful and happy!

First and last time here. I usually take my dog elsewhere but decided to try this place because it’s conveniently located near my gym. I paid for the basic service, which includes a bath, nail trim, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning. From drop-off to pickup, it took only 13 minutes. Her nails were barely trimmed- just the very tips- and I was told they couldn’t go any further. I’m honestly not sure how all the services could have been properly completed in 13 minutes.
The front desk experience was also disappointing; the staff member was rushed and not welcoming. Then I was handed a membership offer at the end. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Hi Jill, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your experience with Bagwis and Leena left you feeling that way. I completely understand why you’d be disappointed, especially after paying $80 and expecting their ears and teeth to be properly cleaned.
