First time customer and the experience was excellent.
Bella loves going to Scenthound. She loves Juliana the most. Juliana takes such great care of her and is so gentle. Bella always comes out like a show dog every weekend. Thank you for taking such great care of her doggy hygiene, Scenthound! 🐾💕🌟
Dropped my dogs off and was told an hour for each, I didn’t even make it home they called 15 minutes later saying they were done. I don’t understand how that’s possible. Well the dogs ears didn’t look clean neither did their teeth. I paid $80 for two short baths and nail trimming. Never going back waste of money.
Highly highly recommend! Excellent care and follow-up! I know our dogs are well cared for because they don’t get scared when we take them back. I love the follow up emails, it really is a useful health check-up! Abby is fantastic! She manages the shop well!!
Cotton came home calm and very nicely groomed
Great work, great people, great price.
I have a very persnickity senior dog who is our darling child! The staff treat her with such tlc !! And they do a great job of grooming! Im a member and the bathing monthly is a real joy to my little Havanese! Tho she is a small breed...I see many large dogs come out beautiful and happy!
The staff was very accommodating, patient and friendly.
We recently joined Scenthound and signed up for the membership. We’ve been enjoying the service so far. They do a really good job in a very reasonable time frame and I love how they do the SCENT checks and provide feedback on how to help our dog at home. The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. We've been loving the experience so far!
Very rude
Quick, efficient, and a great job of grooming and updating on current problems and what not. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
So great! Friendly, fast, easy to book appointments. My dog's so fluffy and clean when we leave. Perfect place for pups whose coats don't need a ton of grooming. We're able to get the "basics" done at a reasonable price.
They treat my dog with care and kindness. My dog has her favorite people there and loves seeing them. They communicate well and report how she is doing in each area of care. Teeth, nails, coat etc.
Very friendly staff , will highly recommend this place to everyone
Staff was super friendly with my dog and myself. Price is right and pup came home looking like a million bucks! Definitely recommend! Also the did the best nail trim of anywhere I’ve ever been. Usually places don’t get them that short but they did!
Review for Scenthound Lake Zurich We had a very disappointing experience and will not be returning. The staff interaction was poor and unprofessional, which immediately set the wrong tone. More importantly, the hygiene and grooming quality were unacceptable. After the visit, our dog looked essentially the same as…
Very friendly. Miley loves it there. Very reasonable with no pushy sales.
My dogs looked amazing, their nails looked great, their coats were shining and their ears were so clean!
Always a fantastic job with Frankie and he comes out sooooo happy!!
They were professional and knew how to handle the dogs. Both of our plush coated shepherds are clean, smell great and are not shedding for the moment! Lol
