Lou was very personable, answered all our questions and my us feel quite at ease with our choice with Surezinger pact control. He did leave behind his dreamy sunglasses and we have them waiting for his return!
Blayd was very personable and friendly. He did his job and checked to see if we had any additional concerns. Very pleased with your service.
Good guy. Hope to keep him as our long term pest control agent.
Super professional, knowledgeable, personable, and polite. Extremely satisfied and happy to have him as our Scherzinger tech.

Barak did a thorough job as always. Great guy.
Quarterly inspection & checking traps, spraying perimeter of house. Friendly, introduced self and gave her qualifications.
I have had a roach infestation and Austin Garet worked diligently to rid me of the problem. They are finally gone and we found the solution. Thanks to Austin’s amazing help I am now bug free. I would recommend Scherzinger to everyone with a bug problem. Ask for Austin he is great.
I am only giving 5 stars because of my technician Casey. There was a large lack in a specific detail that didn’t get communicated to me prior to service but because he was so thorough and kind I decided to just let it go. I have now signed up for continued service and am pleased with how it’s going
Always kind and professional!
Tony specifically works on our home and he is always very knowledgeable and helpful while he is here! We can easily have a conversation and he answers all of our questions when we see him. Highly recommend him!
My tech always does a great job!
Barak has been great. He’s very friendly and helpful. He’s also been responsive and timely when asked to treat our home. Very pleased with his service!
Keyonta is pleasant to deal with and pays attention to our requests. Excellent service!
Third update: Since the second update, no further roaches have been seen. I'm not sure if I could say this is a resounding success, but we'll be certainly keeping our eyes peeled for the next month or two. The upcoming warm weather may change things, but we're hoping for the best. Second update: Sadly, this update…

Mark is always friendly and nice this talk to. He seems genuinely concerned about resolving the issues at my property.
Awesome job
Excellent service l. Jaqoun was very polite and professional. Thank you !!
Ethan has always done a stellar job. It is encouraging to see new hires shadow him as he trains them how to do a home from top to bottom. This has now happened on two occasions.
Eric is good about reaching out and asking questions. But my husband was at the house when he came to do the service.
Very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. Asked if we had any concerns. Worked in snowy and icy cold conditions. Very helpful and answered all questions.
Travis is very professional and clearly an expert at his craft. Evidence of this is being roached free for some time now. He seems very determined and confident in rodent catching as well. Id also like to mention Lou the initial technician, When our roach problem was the worst. He was the first person we dealt with…

Always very informative and go the extra mile to investigate any source of issues. I would 100% recommend Diane!
Barick was great, very pleasant and professional
Larry is a great associate and does a great job of keeping our house free of creepy crawlies! My favorite part is him going the extra step and sweeping away spider webs so we don’t walk through them
Bruce did an excellent job. He was on-time, on-task, and pointed out several issues that were unforeseen initially. He did a superb treatment of our home, and was very respectful of our surroundings. My wife and I are definitely future return customers, and would recommend Bruce, and this company to my grandmother, so that means you too.
Wendy my tech did an outstanding job! She explained everything as she was doing it and also gave me tips for outside to help prevent areas for pest to live and get in. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Great job!
I absolutely love the exterminator that comes. He does an exceptional job, he explains things thoroughly, always on time and very friendly. He makes sure I have the information I need to help with the situation. I don't want anyone else but him to come to my residence. A++++. Would highly recommend this company just…
Scherzinger is a great pest control company. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful and make sure the job is done right. I’d recommend them to friends and family without a second thought
I appreciate the company’s promptness as well as the willingness of the individual servicing my residence to answer questions and be considerate of the safe-keeping of my property.
Ron is amazing and we could not be happier with the service from Scherzinger. I did a little price comparisons as well and they are more than priced fairly for the industry.
I have had Scherzinger treating my multifamily units for a few years now. When I purchased the property there was a full blown infestation of german cockroaches. The tenants didn't help with the situation with their lifestyle so to get them under control has been a challenge. The Scherzinger technicians have…
I am very pleased with the service I have received from our tech Kyle. Kyle has been able to identify the issues and implement a treatment plan that works. Very helpful and professional
This is a pest control company that does not want to deal with pests! The technicians are too scared to enter units in an urban area and the literally told me that ALL of our residents were smoking drugs right in front of them. ALL? Does not sound realistic. I would give negative stars if I could.
I have never been as impressed by a consumer service as i have been with Scherzinger. The entire process has been as easy as it gets. Every person i have spoken with has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The value for the services provided is very high in my book. Not only was the initial visit very…
