Scherzinger is very prompt with attending to any issues. Gunner listens carefully, is familiar with our house and its history, and knows of the possible issues, etc. Appreciate his honest assessments and his thoroughness. .

We had a problem with box elder bugs and Scherzinger's has really helped keeping them in control. Also they have checked to see if there are any other problem areas and have taken care of wasps, spiders,etc.

Our home is on the quarterly pest control plan. It has been Perfect for us. There are woods behind our home so we get some creepy crawlers. We have had the same technician (Jeff) since we started this program. Jeff has been super friendly and goes above and beyond to take care of any situation. The products and Jeff have kept our home bug free.

Scherzinger does a great job. The technician is always professional and asks if we are having any issues that need addressed during their visit. We have the Guardian program. If we have any issues between treatments they send someone out right away. Very pleased with the service.

Travis has been fantastic. He has gone beyond any expectations. We had Terminix and they were terrible. They tried to take advantage of my handicap sister who owned the house try to charge her 12,0000 for mice in the attic they claimed was an infestation. Greg was proactive in contacting us on the way to our appointment. He was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job even making sure that we knew how to limit our pets exposure.
