Quarterly inspection & checking traps, spraying perimeter of house. Friendly, introduced self and gave her qualifications.

Keyonta did a great job!! He found a hole going into the house from outside that our sprinkler guy had drilled but did not plug up. Bees were going into the hole. Keyonta put powder into the hole to take care of the bees so that we could plug it up in a few days. We did not know about this problem at all.

Sean is a very professional tech that does what needs to be done and in a timely manner. He makes sure everything is in order and fixes what needs to be fixed. As for a price, I pay for 3 years service plan and am happy with the price.

Felician, the technician, was efficient and friendly. We apologize for forgetting to tell him about the motion detecting sprinkler we have to chase away the stray cats!

Stan introduced himself, explained what treatments were performed. Answered several questions previous techs hadn't. Was knowledgeable re offering other preventive products.

Not all of the termite feeding traps were inspected. Hopefully he sprayed for ants and sliders which is what we specifically requested. We were not home at the time if the visit.

Scherzinger does a great job keeping the mice and bugs away and is very responsive on the rare occasion that we do have an issue. Jeff has been servicing our house for years. Have been termite free probably for the past past 7 or 8 years that I've had scherzinger pest control. Their technicians are extremely friendly and when they show up they explain to me what they're doing.

Was not aware at first he was there for my quarterly guardian service. Was there at assigned time and did speak to him. He was covering for Toney my regular service person. Discussed any bug activity and he checked all stations around garage and house and treated doors and chimney area. Was pleased with service 👍

I didn't follow the tech around but I did see him physically open and inspect some of the termite stations around my house. He seemed to do his job. As far as payment, I bought a plan for several years. No payment at this time.

Mark has been our pest control guy for 5-6 years now and he’s wonderful. He’s incredibly polite and always willing to explain any issues that come up.

Didn't see him come or go,just a knock on the door. NOT GOING UP AND DOWN OUR STEPS VERY QUICK THESE DAYS.

Unfortunately not at home but sure he did a thorough inspection.

Very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. Asked if we had any concerns. Worked in snowy and icy cold conditions. Very helpful and answered all questions.

He consults with me about any problems I might have noticed and takes into account my treatment preferences. He is available for me to contact if I have questions. Travis is great!
