We have carpets of different ages and density. One is the most dense and only a few months old. The other is much older and much less dense. Unfortunately, our elderly dog has decided that all are there for her to pee instead of having to go outside. I was pretty sure (but not positive) that the stains and smell… Read full review

My husband and I had been on the fence on whether it was worth it to clean our upstairs carpet one more time. Years of grubby hands, kids sneaking in food and drinks, etc. had left it in a state of (what we thought) disrepair. We decided to give Scott's a try to see what they could do, and oh my goodness, they… Read full review

Excellent service. Will be using them in the near future.

I'm a repeat customer. I stand by the following review. Plus adding we have 5 cats and large dog. The problem areas are treated, left to "cook" or given time to really work before being steam vacuumed up. The tech got areas in difficult locations with his stairs wand so furniture was not moved.
