Phillip did a thorough job of cleaning the carpet and he remeasured our rooms to make sure we did not get overcharged as the size listed was bigger than actual. Friendly, he answered all of our questions. He just rolled in and did his business efficiently.

Our office gets tracked from people coming in and out of the warehouse all day. Then we also have drivers walk through with 5th wheel grease on their shoes!!!! We get cleaned quarterly and the floors always go back to new. And it doesn't kill my budget!

We just purchased a new home and used Scott's to do the carpet cleaning before our move in. The gentleman who came out was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a great job and even removed some stains he had cautioned may not come out! Would highly recommend this company.

Philip came to the house & gave us a very reasonable estimate for cleaning our carpets. We then scheduled a time to have the work done. His technician showed up on time on the scheduled date. He performed the work in a very professional manner while my wife & I continued to work uninterrupted. We were very satisfied with the job.
