I’ve been using Scouts for a year now for spiders and mosquitoes and I’ve been very pleased with the results.

We’ve been very happy with Scout. They give plenty of notice for scheduling, are always on time, and have been very professional

Brad was able to come out and spray our home which didnt take long at all. He was very knowledgeable and understanding about what I wanted done and didn't try to push any extra services like a lot of other places do.

The proof is the best referral. One month after our first treatments and our pest problems are under control! Brad did such a thorough job, and explained everything so well to us. We really appreciate the great customer service of everyone we've worked with so far, and that we aren't seeing bugs!

Jermaine was great. Very helpful with any questions or issues I had with my home. Address the problems and explained exactly what he was doing. He was on time addressed everything we needed and checked things we hadn’t thought about like high spider webs and wasps. Great service

Cordial and professional

We have been using Scouts for years now. We appreciate their skill, their friendliness, and their willingness to work with our schedules. Bugs are no longer a concern for us. We use them for our regular bug services as well as making sure we never get termites.

Prompt, dependable, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, affordable and works around our schedule. We won’t consider anyone else.

Scout has taken fantastic care of us over the past several years, especially the technician Mr. Brown! Their work helps keep the ants, spiders, and mosquitoes away and under control; and whenever we have anything extra come up between standard services they always come right out to resolve it for us! 100% recommended!

The Scout exterminators that come to the house are extremely knowledgeable. They are responsive to any concerns we have and always professional. We have rarely seen bugs or spiders since starting our service and they always answer our questions.

We’ve had Scout come out quarterly for at least 5 or 6 years to sweep our eaves and do a basic inspection for pests. We’ve alwayww we been pleased with how thorough they are and they’re professionalism. They have always been happy to come back after a visit to address new issues that might come up between scheduled visits.

The last visit was phenomenal. The tech was thorough and professional.

Ashley came to do my service today and she did an awesome job. She sprayed my house in every spot that I told her that I was having problems. She literally sprayed in every room of the house something that I am not used to with the previous technician. I would recommend Ashley to people that I know. We had an excellent experience with Scout pest control. James Sanders was our technician and was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. He listened to our spider concerns and explained his methods for resolution before starting the work. We can see the great job he did removing webs and taking extra time to spray problem areas.

This was the first visit to the property. They were both incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive to the specific concerns that I noticed. Great experience, and will continue to use them as a regular extermination company.

The technician was very punctual and extremely polite. He was very knowledgeable about the companies policy's and contract details. He was also respectful of any preferences of where I would prefer for him not to spray (the bedrooms mainly). I will definitely be recommending them!
