our technician was very thorough and went beyond our expectations. he let me know everything he was doing and why and talked me through the process to make us feel safe. we are hopeful to keep up this relationship with this company for a long time. thanks again so much for the prompt service to keep our kids safe.
was well knowledgeable and very very nice!!! Answered all our questions and was very friendly.
Honest company and friendly staff! Highly recommend for mosquito and other pesky bugs.
They say they’ll cover a lot of things but from my experience they just came inside and sprayed. We were paying for flea/tick for the outside and it never was done. Still got bugs inside too. Also when I went to cancel the guy said we were “loyal customers for years” .. we haven’t had them for even a year. And he…
Joe was kind and explained everything he was going to do.
We’ve been using Scout for years to prevent pests and insects. They are very professional and their products work. Ryne is great! He always asks if we have any new or specific needs. The mosquito service (and the other preventative treatment) has kept our yard in great shape with very few mosquitoes and all other…

I haven’t seen any spiders, ants or other bugs in my house since Scout started treating my house. They come to my front door so I know they are here
The tech arrived first and very professionally handled an introduction and stated his manager was coming too. They were both kind, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our chaos (chihuahua, nuff said). Technician also provided helpful advice and was very personable and yet professional. I expect that of a…
Tech did a good job explaining what he was going to do and other service offerings. Looking forward to continuing the service.
When my roommate and I faced a pest issue, we reached out and received prompt advice to address the issue. Chantal provided recommendations of pest treatment to improve our situation, which we greatly appreciated and has helped us resolve our concerns. We will certainly consider treating our place in the future with…
Grateful for a reputable service. They communicate well, are on time, and complete their services as promised.
Prompt, dependable, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, affordable and works around our schedule. We won’t consider anyone else.
Scout has taken fantastic care of us over the past several years, especially the technician Mr. Brown! Their work helps keep the ants, spiders, and mosquitoes away and under control; and whenever we have anything extra come up between standard services they always come right out to resolve it for us! 100% recommended!
They were professional and kind. They arrived early and got the job done fast. This company is very friendly and the pesticide they used had no effect on our cats! Wins all around

Amazing service. Super nice!
Jermaine from Scout pest control was very informative and helpful. He even removed his shoes before entering my home. Thank you so much! We will never go without pest control again. Thank you Jermaine!
Love Scout so much that we brought them with us when we moved! If I have any issue at all I know I can call and they'll fix it. One of the very few companies that will treat the whole yard and not just right near your house. They were a lifesaver treating our yard for fire ants when we had little kids running around…
Good service no complaints
Very good service. Jermaine was very professional and concerned about what my problems were. Will continue to use them.
We have used this business for a couple of years. We have been very happy with the quickness and quality of scout pest control for some time now. I would like to specifically recognize the employee that came to our house on 3/21/23 @ or around 2:50-3:35pm to do regular preventative treatment. He was courteous,…
