The tech was nice and they are always courteous. I've had very few issues with bugs since I started using them. The cost is higher than I'd like, but the do seem to do quality work.

Great service, explained everything thoroughly

We have used Scout for years and have always been pleased with their customer service and attentiveness to problems when they arise. They are quick to perform a retreat if needed, address new concerns, and answer any questions. Chris was a pleasure to work with as have all of their technicians.

1st impression all was good Lance knocked down all the spider webs, and dirt dobbers ect they do a 45 day follow up kill ant colonies close by now i can sleep at night without having to worry about creepy crawlies coming in to get warm next to me lol Rhonda Klees

Our first initial visit went off without hitch. Our tech was on time, answered all questions and concerns, and even killed a mice for us. To sum it all up they went over a beyond I would highly recommend there service!!!

The Scout exterminators that come to the house are extremely knowledgeable. They are responsive to any concerns we have and always professional. We have rarely seen bugs or spiders since starting our service and they always answer our questions.

Love Scout so much that we brought them with us when we moved! If I have any issue at all I know I can call and they'll fix it. Had an initial problem because they were using contractors for dispatch but after that was fixed everything was really responsive. They came out, did a great thorough job and inform me about everything as the process was going. Was skeptical about an annual subscription for pest control but after the first visit, I'm sure it was a great decision!
