I am extremely upset with my experience with Scout Pest Control. I gave the technician, Lance, permission to enter my home while I was gone to perform the scheduled pest control service. Scout is good at laying down sticky traps. However my brother and I found most of the entrances for the rats. Scout told us they would look for additional holes but I did not see this happen.
