The people at Scout's are friendly and efficient. I have the Silver plan. Spiders were a major problem. Constantly coming in under my front door and webs all over the porch and the eaves. I have not seen any now that Scout's comes on a regular basis.

The Scout exterminators that come to the house are extremely knowledgeable. They are responsive to any concerns we have and always professional. We have rarely seen bugs or spiders since starting our service and they always answer our questions.

This was the first visit to the property. They were both incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive to the specific concerns that I noticed. Great experience, and will continue to use them as a regular extermination company.

The Tech (Ben) is so helpful and one of the most polite young man. If anyone is in need of a pest control business, Scout Pest is the one I would recommend.

Had an initial problem because they were using contractors for dispatch but after that was fixed everything was really responsive. They came out, did a great thorough job and inform me about everything as the process was going. Was skeptical about an annual subscription for pest control but after the first visit, I'm sure it was a great decision!

Zach provided our initial service and it was quick. He was more than on time (arrived early actually) and was great at explaining things to me. He listened to my concerns about the bugs we've had issues with and took care of everything in a snap.
